Saturday Night Main Event
A Ballroom has been reserved for the hours of 6:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M.
A registration table will be posted at the entrance for obtaining your name tags
and a memorabilia table will be stationed nearby.
Dress: Smart Casual - the Conference
Center is a nice setting and dress should be in good taste.
Program:
A Buffet Dinner will be served. The menu will be published once finalized by the
conference center.
This year, any formal program is being kept to a minimum to afford classmates
ample opportunity to socialize with their school friends and make new friends.
It is expected that the first hour will be taken up with registration and folks
standing about, or sitting if they wish, engaged in conversation as one would
during a a typical social hour. Adult beverages may be obtained from the
nearby Conference Center bar at each individuals discretion and cost.
A call to dine will be announced and by that time it
is expected that folks will have selected themselves a table where they plan to
eat. Either just before or after dinner being served, each
attendee will announce themselves and their guest to the gathering as a whole.
Sometime during the evening, a short interlude of live music is planned.
That will conclude any presentation requiring every ones attention.
Beyond that, the remainder and greater part of the of
the evening is devoted and open to visitation. For those inclined, there
should be ample time to view the memorabilia table and/or take a moment to
view a looped video display of deceased classmates. These can all be done
at ones leisure and choosing.
Friday Night informal gathering
Dress: Smart Casual - the
Conference Center is a nice setting and dress should be in good taste.
Some folks will be arriving to the Conference Center Friday night and others
have expressed a desire for some sort of meeting for that evening. The
plan is to have an informal, no cost gathering in the Conference Center Lounge
area. The Conference Center has a large and comfortable
Lounge and it should provide a suitable environment for this informal gathering.

In addition to comfortable seating, light food and beverages, including
cocktails, may be ordered from this area. The Restaurant is close by and
for any wanting a heartier meal, it is available. This is a pay as you go
set up - you pay for what you order and nothing more.
Some folks, staying at the Conference Center or stationed
nearby may want to gather for Saturday and or Sunday breakfast. This is
left up to the individuals to arrange. The Conference Center facility has
bar and dining facilities or some may choose to gather outside the Conference
Center.
The center is located in Peachtree City,
a short 29 minute drive from the Airport. Shuttle
service is available for those flying in and not renting a
vehicle. However, it is a bit
expensive $38 each way. To arrange the service visit

The best description of the Conference Center is that it has the lush feel of
a resort insulated from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Yet it is close enough to plenty of outside activities such as golf, movie
theaters, shopping dining and such. Even excursions to Atlanta are no more
than an hour away. Visit their web site
